On Tuesday, October 12th Soul Patch Tattoo will be moving to our new location. We're not moving far though. Just two doors down from our current location. You can't miss our new Neon sign!

TigerLily is located at 4616 NE Sandy Blvd. in Portland, OR. It is at the corner of NE Sandy and 46th Ave. in the Hollywood District, just a minute or so from the Hollywood District Exit off I-84.
All tattoos are drawn custom for each client. Consultations can be scheduled over the phone without a deposit. For clients coming to Soul Patch, a $40 deposit is required for drawings (may be higher for very large or complicated work) and a deposit of 50% of the quote for appointments, which will be taken during the consultation. For multi-session/larger work, the deposit for your first appointment will be 50% of the quoted amount of that session. The deposit is applied toward the last session of the tattoo. I take walk ins when the time is available, on a first come-first serve basis.
TigerLily is a CA$H ONLY shop. So come prepared. Soul Patch takes all major credit cards.
Prices at Soul Patch are not based strictly on an hourly rate. Especially with small work (under 2-3 hours), the work will be priced based on the amount of work and will include the amount of research and drawing time involved. You will be given a rough quote during your consultation and a set price upon agreement of the design. The price will be based on $150/hr, plus work involved in the design.
(Portland clients, my hourly is still $125) and our minimum is $75.
